About Us

OpenFor holds a Type II telecommunications license and operates as a Type II carrier, with its own IP resources, leased-line network and data center capability.

That makes us more than a cloud server vendor: we can build digital infrastructure for the long term across telecom networks, IDC facilities, VPN, business email, disaster recovery and security.

OpenFor Telecommunications Co., Ltd. is OpenMoney Group's telecom network and cloud data center arm, focused on enterprise communications, cloud servers, colocation, IDC, VPN, business email, information security, disaster recovery planning and cloud infrastructure. Digital transformation is not only what appears on screen — what actually carries a business is the layer beneath: servers, networks, data, backup and security. Our job is to be the dependable ground your systems stand on.

Infrastructure is the lifeline

When adopting a system, most companies look first at features and price. It is only when servers become unstable, mail stops, data is lost, the network goes down or the website is attacked that infrastructure reveals itself as the lifeline. Coming from a cloud and telecom background, we help businesses plan servers, facilities, network, mail, communications, backup and security as one whole — rather than patching each in turn after something breaks.

What we cover

We support cloud servers, virtual servers, colocation, web hosting, business email, private cloud mail servers, cloud PBX, leased lines, VPN, VMS surveillance systems, streaming servers, video conferencing, security architecture, IT consulting and IDC leasing. Together these address what matters most once a business goes digital: stability, security, room to grow and operational efficiency.

How we complement the rest of the group

OpenFor complements the other businesses in the group. Info-Rich builds enterprise systems; OpenRich drives OpenClever, PayWay, DonBaby AI Agent and customer service; OpenFor provides the cloud and network underneath. Whenever a client adopts POS, e-invoicing, an AI customer manager or a custom ERP, there has to be a stable server, a reliable network and a secure data environment behind it. That is what makes the group's services not only good to use, but dependable in operation.

So you can concentrate on your own business

The value of cloud services is not only the hardware you do not buy, but the operational risk you do not carry. Building your own data center means space, power, cooling, fire and water protection, uninterruptible supply, network, security, engineering staff and a recovery plan. For most companies, handing that to a specialist team returns internal resources to product, sales and customer service. That is the support we provide.

Communication is the front line of service

A cloud PBX frees company telephony from fixed hardware and fixed locations. Relocation, new branches, remote work, calls taken in the field, extensions across sites, voicemail, call recording and video — all become cheaper to deploy and more flexible to use. Because smooth communication is the front line of customer service, we treat it as part of a company's digital infrastructure.

OpenFor is known as a technical partner that is stable, dependable, serious about security and aware of operational risk. When a company entrusts us with its servers, mail, data and communications, what it buys is not only hardware but the confidence to run day to day. As AI, ERP, POS, e-invoicing and e-commerce platforms all come to require round-the-clock operation, cloud and telecom infrastructure only grows more important.
